Accessibility Statement

We build this site so anyone can get help at 3 a.m. — and if something gets in your way, a live agent can do it all by phone.

Our commitment

Future Bail Bonds is committed to making this website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, and we design with the Americans with Disabilities Act, California's Unruh Civil Rights Act, and California Government Code section 11135 in mind.

What we have done

Semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can navigate each page in order; text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative images marked as such; color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast ratios; full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators; forms and buttons with programmatic labels, including icon-only controls; tap targets sized for one-handed phone use; layouts that reflow without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels; and content available in English and Spanish through the language switcher.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review new pages as they are published, test with keyboard navigation and screen-reader software, and correct issues as we find them. Some third-party content we embed — such as video players, review widgets, and map links — is outside our direct control, and we work with those providers or offer an accessible alternative when a barrier is reported.

Alternative ways to reach us

If any part of this site prevents you from getting help, a licensed agent will complete the entire process with you by phone, including quoting the premium, taking the application, and arranging signatures. Call (714) 515-5154 at any hour, day or night. Agents fluent in English and Spanish are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also accept relay service calls, including 711 in California, and we can provide documents in large print or read them aloud on request.

Report a barrier

Tell us what happened and we will fix it. Call (714) 515-5154 or use the contact page and include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using. We aim to respond within three business days and to resolve confirmed issues promptly. Feedback about this statement itself is welcome the same way.

Standards and status

Target standard: WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Current status: partially conformant, meaning most of the site meets the standard while some third-party embeds may not yet fully conform. Assessment approach: internal review combined with automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. Last reviewed August 2026.

Need help right now? Call (714) 515-5154 and an agent will handle everything with you.
