All bail bond premiums, discounts, financing, payment plans, and down payment options are subject to approval and on approved credit (OAC). Quoted rates and discounts are not guaranteed until an application is reviewed and approved, and are subject to underwriting qualification, eligibility requirements, collateral requirements, indemnitor qualification, and available surety approval. Premium rates are filed with and regulated by the California Department of Insurance; the premium charged is a percentage of the full bail amount set by the court and is fully earned once the bond is posted. Premium is generally non-refundable, even if the case is dismissed or the defendant is released.

Discounted rates (including attorney-referred, military, veteran, union, public employee, homeowner, and senior rates) require documented eligibility and are available only where permitted by the applicable filed rate schedule. Financing and payment plans are offered with no hidden fees; terms, down payment, and monthly amounts vary by qualification and are set in a written agreement signed before the bond is posted.
